UK orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and orders placed during Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday. All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be delivered the Next Working Day. Delivery prices are set depending on weight. If you require a delivery on a Saturday, we offer a Priority Saturday Delivery service at an extra cost.
For all International orders we use Royal Mail's Priority Airmail services. These services are the fastest available but are not guaranteed for any specific date. We would not expect delivery to take longer than 7 days for any country worldwide. However, countries in Europe will take less time for delivery than international countries such as USA and Japan. Delivery prices vary depending on weight.

Once your order has been placed and you receive your confirmation E-Mail, you can log into your account on the Denim Geek website and check your Royal Mail tracking number. The tracking number will be a 12 digit code displayed at the bottom of the order page. This number can then be entered into www.royalmail.com and tracked throughout it's journey.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY - ALL orders placed from the 30th November 2012 can be returned up to the 11th January 2013 for store credit or exchange. If a refund on your purchase is required, our standard 14 day returns policy will apply.
All of the products on Denim Geek are 100% authentic and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also make sure we check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they meet our high standards.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will exchange it or issue a full refund assuming it is returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Products must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. Please remember to enclose your invoice with your return, stating if you would like a refund or exchange. Please note, delivery costs cannot be refunded on unsuitable items and all exchanges require a charge for re-post. Please try and make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. Denim Geek cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.
